Homemade Corn Bread

Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup white flour
2 cups finely milled cornmeal
½ cup sugar
2 TBLS baking powder
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
2 cups milk
½ cup oil

Directions: Preheat over to 425°F.

Stir ingredients together just until batter is smooth. (Do not over stir.) Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a golden brown. Serve hot with butter and/or honey.
